Paul is a local of Collingwood with about a decade of experience in Australian general practice. He is passionate about providing comprehensive and inclusive healthcare for people from all walks of life, with a strong focus on understanding the biopsychosocial complexities behind undifferentiated presentations and chronic disease.

His clinical experience spans rural and urban medicine, including First Nations Health, alcohol and other drug medicine (AOD), mental health, urgent care, complex chronic disease and skin cancer medicine.

Paul is committed to medical education and mentoring. He has supervised medical students from The University of Melbourne and has undertaken a medical educator role supporting and training GP registrars.

He holds an MBBS from Myanmar and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He also holds a Professional Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine and a Certificate in Skin Cancer Surgery. In addition to his medical qualifications, he has completed a Graduate Certificate in Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Health Economics.
