Luke is a Diabetes Nurse Educator and proud owner of Diabetes Wellness Coaching. Luke provides consultations at Collingwood Medical and via telehealth, educating patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes to help improve their health outcomes.

Luke is a Registered Nurse, Credentialed Diabetes Educator (ADEA), holds a Certificate 3 in Fitness along with nearly 30 years of lived experience with Type 1 diabetes. Specialising in personalised care for Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes, Luke integrates the latest diabetes technology, such as CGMs and insulin pumps, with exercise management strategies.

Through Diabetes Wellness Coaching, he offers compassionate, practical guidance, empowering clients to optimise blood glucose control, improve fitness, and achieve long-term wellness.
